Rich returned my call quickly and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time, professional, neat, and competent. He had the treadmill working well in a short time, and even took the time to clean it up a bit! The machine is 13 years old and gets a good deal of use. It's good to know that, thanks to Rich's work, we can get continued use out of it since replacing it would mean big $$'s.

The technician arrived at my home 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time  The technician was polite and was able to diagnose the problem with my elliptical in less than 30 minutes, and thoroughly explained what would be needed to fix it.  I was provided with a written quote for the repair and parts needed on the same day as the first appointment, and felt the quote was very reasonable.   I was called within 3 days of the first appointment to let me know the needed parts had arrived and to schedule a day and time for the repair to be completed.  On the second appointment day, the tech was again very prompt and had the repair completed within an hour.
