They did a great job of unplugging our clogged pool skimmer. Retrieved a piece of her garden hose and a terrycloth pool hat. Yea got Ted!

All in excellent work. He was an honest guy. Rebeca was very administrative person. They gave you the information you needed. He was a transparent guy. Everything he did was just first class.

Our pool needed resurfacing as well as a leak on the return line dectected and fixed. Tedand quot;s evaluation included suggestions to increase deck space by moving the hand rail for the steps and modify the pool in the ladder area in the deep end. All of these made sense to do while the pool was was being resurfaced Because none of the other contractors we interviewed came up with these suggestions, we decided to have Ted do the whole job.
Teds is a family run business, so communication is often on a next day basis. Once we understood that, things went very smoothly. Ted met all deadlines and helped with the additional projects of replacing all valves and converting the pool to a salt system.
Ted was a pleasure to work with and all his workers were courteous and professional. We are extremely pleased with the end result!

Ted came out and evaluated the pool. Determined which area he thought was loosing water. Had us test the theory by allowing the pool to drain. Ted then came back out and totally replaced the skimmer box and fixed the concrete around the skimmer. This took two trips because he took the time to fix it the proper way and to allow for the concrete to set. When he was finished, the pool no longer leaked and the area was fixed and pavers returned perfectly in place.

Called Ted's Pool Service. Set up the appointment with Rebecca. Ted and Charlie arrived on time, took care of the problem. His work was clean and professional. Definitely will recommend him to friends and neighbors and if the occasion arises will use him again.

My pool deck was a nightmare because it had been improperly done to begin with. It had sunk in various places and the pressure was casuing tiles to pop off. One ugly mess! We got several estimates for replacing the deck and most contractors wanted to take an easier way out that would not have been correct or looked right. Ted's "apples to apples price" (meaning removing the entire 2' area around the top of the pool) was significantly less than a competitor. Ted and his team did a superb job. They had an extremely clean jobsite and Ted or Sherry always responded promptly to any of my calls/emails. I strongly recommend this company to any of my friends.

Very professional work. He added an valve run off that I can use when the pool overflows in rainy season. In addition, he made excellent suggestions for my pool in the future. Ted is very knowledgeable and willing to teach his customers on the proper, yet, economical way to maintain a pool. I was highly satisfied and will definitely use him in the future.

We were losing water in our pool and called Ted. He got here the next day, checked a lot of possibilities and found the leak. While he was here he also gave us a lot of other helpful pool related advise. We recommend him very highly.

I contacted Ted's Pool Repair first just out of the Yellow Pages, learned that he charged $200 flat fee for leak detection regardless if it took 10 minutes or several days. I thought that was high, so I contacted another company recommended by my house builder and learned that they charged $350 for the same service. I call Ted's back and asked when I could get him out and learned that he was a couple of weeks out because he was so busy. He came on time, started his work and had the leak detected and fixed in 1.5 hours. While he was at it he opened a second drain in the spa and performed preventive maintenance on that to ensure it also would not leak. Also while he was here he made recommendations on several other problems I had that I could fix myself. He promised to come back for free as many times as it took to get the leak fixed, but he found the only leak and fixed it the first time. He expected no payment until the job was done.
