TEAGUE'S AMERICAN AIR COND

I am never dealing with any other company if its not Teagues AC. I had called them on a Saturday after my A/C stopped cooling. As I was calling around to find someone I was getting pretty annoyed because the service reps just ask for your info without quoting you or providing any basic information. I decided to look up businesses with A+ BBB rating and came across them. Do not fall for other companies who have over thousands of reviews. Those are fake and paid reviews. Teagues Air initially told me they will meet with me in 2-4 hours and upfront told me the after hour fee. They were literally here in less than one hour after calling. Jake was able to repair my A/C in less than 10 min. It was a bad condenser. Not only were they super friendly and quick. They were honest and super affordable. I had used them in the past years ago and lost their contact number. I had made the biggest mistake by contacting Best Home Services 3 months ago because I was desperate to have my a/c repaired when it wouldn’t turn on. They charged me over $700 to do nothing. Just basic maintenance. They are SCAMMERS! Jake and Teagues Air Conditioning are the best! I will refer them to everyone!

Fantastic. Steve is very diligent and honorable. His pricing is fair and his work was well planned out. He knows his business and his team is very professional, respectful and clean. He knows ALL the great contractors in town too. Hire Steve and you will get a team around you that can cover all of your projects with his referrals. I have hired many contractors over the years and being new to Cape Coral I knew nobody and I lucked out finding Steve Teague.

Teagues came out the same day we called to assess the condition of our AC unit that had stopped blowing cold air. Given the age of the unit and the fact it was leaking freon, they suggested installing a new unit. I called for a quote from 2 other hvac company's, one came in $2000 higher and the other said we needed a larger unit and all new duct work installed at a cost of more than double Teagues. There was no need for the larger unit, or the duct work. I assume that since my daughter was at the house when they came out to quote they figured they would take advantage of someone that did not know better. We have been using Teagues for a few years for annual maintenance and have been pleased with their quality of work, professionalism and honesty. So this was a no brainer. I would definitely recommend them.

They were completely honest and replaced exactly what needed replacing. Incredible. Didn't try to sell me a new unit even though mine is 12 years old. We need more honest people in this world!

They are the most honest A/C people I've ever met in my life. They don't try to sell you things that you don't need. Sometimes I've called them when I have issues and the owner of the company would walk me through the issue and I would fix it myself without any charge. They would clean up the place after they are done with the job and the good part is that when I call them, they are here within an hour. They are very responsive.
