Tom and his team went above and beyond! If you had an A+ rating they would get it! I needed a small job of installing a backsplash in my new kitchen - I had called a number of companies but the job was too small for them. T Slaughter Tile was recommended to my by a family member. Tom came out to do measurements and gave me a quote for the job. When the day of the install came, Tom and his team were right on time. They put down protective coverings to protect my floors and worked quickly. They had installed the tile I had purchased prior to hiring them, when I realized it just wasn't going to work in the space. Tom worked with me to find the perfect stone backsplash, worked with my schedule to come back, and redid the entire job with my new choice. The team is so professional, talented, and easy to work with. I will be using T Slaughter Tile & Marble for all my future tiling and remodeling projects.

Tom the owner came out and quoted the job. It was a very good price for the amount of work that needed done. He said he had a staff member that was very good that would complete the work. The guy that actually did the work showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, made a great suggestion about the bottom shelf of the niche we hadn't thought of and asked the right questions about where we wanted the accent tiles. After the first day was done, Tom showed up to inspect the work and make sure all was well. The second day went extremely well and we were very happy. The third day was the final grout and everything was done. Tom again showed up to inspect and make sure it was to his standards. After he was satisfied, he collected for the job. We honestly thought there might be some added costs, for a couple of the requests we made, but he never asked us for anything more than the original quote. He never took a deposit or anything, we paid in full after everything was done (we purchased the tile separately so there were no costs for him to start the job).
We could not have been happier and would recommend this company for any tile work. Tom gave us his cell phone number and email and was very responsive throughout the entire process.

They have overall excellent service.

I would not recommend them. He was fast and responsive and very good with his office work. Once I had a problem with the work, though, he said he would come out but had many excuses that got in the way of that. It was an indication to me that he does not stand behind his work. He was punctual to do the job but not when there was a problem with the work. His managing ability seems to be quite good but he doesn't seem to like to face the music when there is an issue.
