First, I will say I really liked Mr Brito. He was friendly and he reliable. He wanted us to be happy with his work. Unfortunately, he failed the first county inspection. The inspector compared the manufacturer’s instructions to what had been done and they did not match. The inspector asked for an engineer’s report to certify the work as completed, or to replace the door bucks and re install as the plans called out. Mr Brito opted to add additional bolts to the existing door framing which in the end did pass. The inspector told me that while the job looked bad, it now met the minimum standard for installation. I discussed my issues with Mr Brito and because he was receptive to learning, I marked "Would hire again" below. I'm sure that next time he would do better.

Javier is a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly, his prices are very reasonable, his personality is energetic. We needed an insurance estimate. He responded within an hour and did not charge for it. Then the spring broke on the garage door. He fixed it within hours and installed a new door opener at the same time. Most important beyond his control the door itself was delayed. Plus two hurricanes in the area. But in the process he offered a 250 dollar refund for the delay. I am so impressed with Javier that I wasn’t going to address it. Upon final installation he automatically took the 250 off. Wow, what an honest man. In my opinion I will always call Javier for his exceptional skill and honesty.

I would highly recommend Super Garage Door Guy. He was very pleasant and outgoing. He really knew what he was doing. Our garage door works great now. He even fixed a couple small things that would have caused issues. If in the future I have any issues with my garage door he is the only one I will call. Price wise he was very reasonable. Spectacular, Javier ( hope I spelled his name correctly) was on another job on a Sunday afternoon I needed a small job done and he was happy to do it (I can be at your place in approximately 1.5 hours if that works for you) he said, I said let’s discuss price this will be a simple job for the right man and can be done quickly, he said how.does Xxx$ sound. That was the exact number I had in mind so said come on, if you can do it you get paid if I bought wrong model remote I’ll pay you anyway. Well he arrived, was very personable, got right to work and in some unbelievably short trim my door was going up and down, up and down, he said that your remote controlling the door. I was so relieved to have this nightmare behind me. Then Javier said this component how see it’s bent at the end let me straighten that out for you. I’ve inspected your door and the only other concern is your screw mechanism needs lubrication, I’ll get that also. Well who do you think I’ll call next time I need anything to do with a garage door? It will be Javier who by the way owns the business. My suggestion to YOU, call Super Garage Door Guy next time you need garage door fix, you’ll be average Happy you did.
