Alex was our salesman and he was real interested in this job and worked with what I wanted. The workers took about 4 days to strip and reinstall our new roof with a single man came to do the final touch up on the 5th day. Great job and would reccomend Sunrise Roofing Services

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
Good job, done in one week, the men were very efficient, in their work.It was windy and lots of the debris was flying in my neighbors yard, and ours, but they cleaned the whole perimeter of our house, and the neighbors yard. Roof looks great. Alex the sales person , was professional, and friendly. Everything from the price, to the work, and final payment went well. Happy with it all.

The salesman said he would do the roof in two weeks, but it took two months. They held me and my deposit hostage for more than two months. The check was cashed August 3 and the work was done about October 26. I asked him to put a one inch trim board along the west side of the house so I could add plywood and insulation. He did not add the trim board. He said he would be there to supervise the job, but he was not there. They replaced 32 ft of fascia board with particle board, which does not match the existing board and it looks horrible. I am in New York and was taken advantage of I could not be there for the installation

I contacted several roofing companies and Sunrise had the best price and are local! They didn't try to sell me an insurance scam like some. Very professional. They were on the job when they said and had my roof done in a day! I would definitely hire them again! I can't recommend them enough! They were also very patient when I changed roofing colors several times!! Nice to have a company like this in our area!

Failed inspection first time around. Difficulty with language differences in explanations and understanding. The gutters were installed in the wrong place due to this issue.

"We are sad to hear that this customer had a bad experience. However, in response to the customer service review I can say that we went above and beyond what would be expected in order to satisfy this client. We have numerous text and calls on file, (in English), of attempts that were made to meet client's demands. Our management team went to the property, multiple times and received a hand made drawing from customer on where he wanted gutters. There was no misunderstanding, as office manager, and team leaders, all speak fluent english. As far as first inspection failure, we as contractor sometimes inherit projects that were attempted by non-professionals or license individuals and require work beyond what was initially planned. This was the case. Regardless, the project done and it passed all inspections within the expected time frame. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, and efficiency. We try to rise above expectations to meet all our customer's satisfaction."
