I got a great price only problem was I needed a new home inspection right away to get it . I called Sundial and talked to Benjamin he was booked during the work week but came out that Saturday morning and did the inspection and before the weekend was over he emailed me the full report with lots of photos everything I needed to give the insurance company first thing Monday morning saving me about 40% on my home owners policy
