SUN APPLIANCE AND BEDDING

This Service was NOT thru angies list but everyone needs to be aware of the type of workmanship that is done. The installer Paul called the night before had a very nice conversation with him explained issues of delivery of an entire suite of brand new top of the line appliances and that they were NOT hooked up by the delivery company not from his store. He was very nice stating he would assist with setting up all appliances Inc the microwave. Called me the next am to inform me he was given instructions not to touch any of my appliances except my microwave. He was told the company offered to install all for me for free the day before which was a lie. If that was the case why wouldn't I have done it? I told him I wanted that person to call me because I wanted to talk to them. I was so upset with what transpired the day before with the delivery team damaging my appliances and not hooking them up because I was told they would I was furious. I called made arrangements with the 800 delivery By the name of Kevin and also the local delivery by the name of Sharon. I was advised that they would hook up all my appliances for free using their chords and hoses at no charge to me when he came out to my house today. That did not take place and things did not start out on a good Note. he took the microwave out of the box set it on the floor took a piece of Styrofoam out with some pieces in it set up on the stove I walked over to help out starting to take the pieces out he said "why are you touching it" I Said all I was trying to do was trying to help. he said well don't he said I put it up there for a reason don't touch it. Is I Said wow all I was trying to do was help but I won't bother you again. he said good don't. he hooked up the microwave hooked up the range I didn't see later that he did not clean up his mess with the microwave and in the cupboard. He went back to go hook up the washer dryer hook up the washer with rubber hoses did not push the washing machine back left it in the center of the utility room. I asked to leave me a cord for the dryer he did not do that because he did not off the hook it up either.I told him night prior but I was going to try and hook it up but there was a screw that was missing I asked if he could bring additional screw he said he had one on his truck. But when he got to my house he decides to sarcastically tell me you lost it when you were trying to hook it up I said no I didn't I said it didn't come with it he said no you dropped it when your trying to hook it up. So he didn't hook up the dryer again leaving it in the center of the utility room I am permanently disabled I cannot move the washer in the dryer they are extremely heavy. They are the largest units that they make on the market right now plus I have the pedestals on each of them. I asked him to come out and balance the refrigerator because the doors are not straight he looked at it And said I can see that. I Said i was just telling you that the doors aren't straight. He yelled at me and said refrigerators fine and walked out the door. I walked out after him asking him if he could leave me the kit to balance the washer and dryer he said he didn't have it he said to take a pair of channel locks and fix it myself. He said I thought we were finished in the house he said f*** you Was in the back of his truck closing up I said I'm not swearing at you at all he said f*** you again got into his truck and drove away.
