We have a contract with them. It comes to $1,500 - $1,600 a year. I don't know, we probably need to shop around. They do the yard, the rat traps and the house inside and out. It works. We did not price around.

They were really great. Cory is the name of the guy who owns the place and you won't find a nicer person. I hated have to stop using them but unfortunately we had to cut back on a lot.

He does that once a year and he does the yard once a month. If I see some ant hills in the drive way he will come out and take care of it, and there is no charge. He usually comes the day after I call him. I will continue to use his services in the future and will tell others about him. His price is quite fair for the work he does.
