Terrible job. This company continues to get worse. They rush through the job leaving large clumps of grass all over your yard. Do not respond to your calls and ignore your complaints.. I'm definately changing companies!!!!

On two different occasions they damaged my property. Neither time did their crew inform me of the damage. The first time I called and was told they would order the necessary item. That was months ago and they have NOT done anything. Now they damaged my new A/C compressor. Again, their crew didn't have the decency to inform me of the damage. I am currently waiting for one of their representatives to come to my home to survey the damage.

I don't really deal with them, my husband does. They are responsive. They have always been fine. We would like them to do our landscaping, but they can only do our lawn.

We have had lawn service from Stone Ferris for approximately 4 months. Twice they simply did not show up - once there was too much rain and this week...they are closed all week. Closed all week is fine, but there was notice only on the invoice that they were closed the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentines Day. Never did we think they meant the week before the holiday when folks are expecting guests, we are disappointed. The crew, when they do come, is very quick - quick enough that the work is just barely adequate...there are areas of the yard that are missed and the trim is poorly done. There is no yard waste removal. Communication with the workers is not possible.
This is not a professional operation and is a disappointment - we cannot recommend this company.
