Step by step flooring was able to install my backsplash in a timely manner for a very fair price. When Lucy arrived she was very professional and kind. She did a great job and would recommend her for any tiling job!

I can only tell you that he did not finish the job for us. He left our floors a mess and when we came down from the north it was a sub performance job. I actually finished the job myself. We gave him a terrible review on Angie's List. Remember the old saying "Buyer Beware".

Not satisfied based on the final result. Crew is impossible to explain instructions too as no one speaks English or has basic math skills. Over charged me based on original quote by 572 dollars.
