Not satisfied based on the final result. Crew is impossible to explain instructions too as no one speaks English or has basic math skills. Over charged me based on original quote by 572 dollars.

Eddie at Step by Step was the first to contact me regarding my project. His pricing was very reasonable, and the project was started the following week. This was a backsplash with custom made tiles involving a mosaic, very small squares, subway tile and a somewhat complicated layout. Eddie s team did an excellent job. My kitchen and bathroom backsplashes look gorgeous. The woman who made the tiles and designed the layout thought they did an awesome job. She said that the quality of the installer is every bit as important as the quality of the tiles. I would highly recommend Step by Step Flooring.

Very conscientious workers, cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job tiling our shower. however, the fold down chair installed in the shower came off the wall a few days later. He's not shown up to fix the problem even though we scheduled an appointment 3 times. He's slow to respond to my calls and emails.

"I believe I have done all arrangements to help you with your project, I responded all your emails, phone calls and texts. I even try to work myself on your seat ( boat seat that you want to adapt to a shower seat ) but we are not able to install your seat using the hardware furnished from seat manufactured. We removed the seat and replace all tiles. Once you have hardware that will make possible install the boat seat in your shower we will glad comeback and install for you at no charge. Very professional, polite, were very careful and mindful of my property. They cleaned everything as if no one were ever here. I will have step by step continue doing my master bathroom. We are very happy that we hired this co. We went with our gut and happy we did. I recommend this company highly. UPDATE 6-1-2020 Different crew came in to do master bathroom, not nearly as professional as first crew, left my window unlocked, did not put up dura lock, had to come back and take everything down. They bought materials than what was needed. They put a hole in master bedroom wall and tried to hide it by patching and repainting with wrong texture and color and never told me about it..
