Very Friendly and responsive!

The only issue is language with some of the operators (not all speak English). But they get their marching orders from those that speak good English. Very good quality and decent value.

Great job

They came and gave the estimate Thursday . 8:00am Monday they came and started work on time. The following 5 days were spent clearing the old tile and carpeting and laying the 2â x 2â tile with fine grout lines. Now it looks like the magazine photo that inspired the job. They also did an excellent job of clean up!

Eddie came in and asserted the situation. Was very professional and courteous. Their attention to detail and work ethic was on point. They got the job done in a timely fashion. All in all, the guys doing the work did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend them. Thank you step by step for your dedication to detail.

Showed up on time. Stayed on the job for eleven (11) hours on the first day to complete the layout. Came back the following morning to grout and finish the job. When they left everything was neat and clean. Overall very professional and workman like job. Will hire them again.

Tile installers are all in same price range,so pick a company you feel good about working with.Thats how I chose Eddie and his company.From the first contact to the clean up I was so impressed.The crew were fast and professional.They treated my home respectively.The tile was installed beautifully.I had wood look tile and the artistic install truly looks like a original floor.Tile was laid with detail to how wood would look.I questioned the placement of tile in bathroom and was shown it was installed for the continuity of wood pattern.So professional!Would recommend this company with confidence.They satisfied me,and Im a picky customer.Thank you to Step by Step.
