SOUTHWEST POOL SUPPLY

I take my pool water sample in weekly for them to test and purchase any needed chemicals from them. They do not try to sell me chemicals I don't need like the big pool service chains do. I was concerned that I may have an algae bloom as my filter looked black when I cleaned it. He came to my house and assured me it was not that and I did not treat. Black is likely same as the black on our cars from air pollution and the farmers burning sugarcane near Lake Okeechobee, Florida. Water is clear! He was right. Again. He graciously did not charge me this time as I usually maintain the pool myself and I would not abuse his kindness. I am a new pool owner so I check my own chemicals and our levels are always very close - again not like the levels the big chain employees get. He has very few employees and they are well trained.

They are one of the businesses in town that has been very good. They have a store and in the store they do water testing and sell supplies for pool maintenance. They also have a service where they come around and do any repairs that I need in my pool. They do not charge me for the water testing; the only fee they charge is for the chlorine and the other supplies and those supplies are pretty much standard compared to the price of all the other pool stores. The reason I like them is that when I go into their store, they are very friendly and helpful; they answer all my questions. It is just very nice in general.

They are pretty good, and I am quite satisfied with them. I pay $75 a month. There is one thing that I guess is probably not their fault. Some of the helps that they have are not quite what I would like, but I think in that particular business, it is not easy to get really high quality people because that is not a high quality job. Their price is pretty much in line with everybody else; they are competitive. Sometimes, the helps they have either don't show up one particular week or they come at different times. I believe I will continue to use them in the future.

They do what they pomised on the contract

We spoke directly with the owner, Terry from the beginning. He was very prompt and professional the entire time. He checked our entire system from top to bottom and even worked on our automatic cleaner for us to make it work like new.

They are very helpful with providing advice and parts on the products that I need. I have not had any problem whatsoever with the folks that work there. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others. The approximate cost is for the chemicals which I purchase every two to three months.
