Absolutely terrible! The developer that built our house Seascape Development put us in touch with the company that installed the unit, so the developer walked away immediately. When I spoke to Southwest Heating and Cooling they said that the unit was meant to go into another house in 2010, but the builder did not want it , so it stayed in it's box and he put it in his warehouse. There it sat for 2 + years until it was put into the house that Seascape Development  along with Bellwether construction built,  but no one divulged the fact that the unit was already 6 years old when it was installed and it would not carry a full 10 warranty going forward once it was installed in the house in 2013. We bought the house in 2014 thinking all appliances and operational units were new and carried a full warranty, no one ever told us to the contrary.

They did an excellent job. I recommend using their service. Quality work, professional and timely.

The A/C was not cooling, he knew exactly what to do. He did the job in 20 mins. They charge a diagnostic fee of $80.00.

We had to replace our 14 year old a/c system and contacted Jason for a quote. He arrived on time and after inspecting the system and ductwork, provided a recommendation for a new system. I was looking for a larger capacity system which he explained would not work as well as the system he recommended. He thoroughly explained what was needed and provided a written quote. A couple days later we contacted him to proceed with the work. Jason and his crew arrived on time with all the equipment they needed to complete the job that day. They were efficient and most courteous as they worked on installing the new system.
After the work was done and the system operating correctly, they cleaned up the work area very well. Jason followed up early the next week to see how the system was running and if we had any questions. It is rare to have a contractor do that.
All in all, the contractor was knowledgeable-providing reliable and valuable information, trustworthy-delivering on his promise, and most fair and reasonable with the cost.

I called Jason and he came out same day. Jason diagnosed the problem and found a leak in one of the pipes. He repaired the pipe and recharged the system.

Excellent service. I had initially called to request dryer vent cleaning and ended up also having our A/C units checked for their annual inspection. We will use them again - definitely. They appear to have long-term employees and are very helpful and friendly over the phone.
