He installed it before as I had to fly down to Florida. He met me right away at the house. The job was already done. I paid him at that time. Very honest and reliable. Added bonus he is a Veteran and served for our country.

Scott responded quickly to my initial inquiry and was early for the appointment. His A/C security cage is way, way better than the product offered by Home Depot and barely more expensive for a custom A/C cage that is truly burglar proof. I opted for the better quality cage and protection for the well equipment as well because this is a vacation home. Everything was installed within a week. The whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly.

One of my lanai chairs broke. At first he wasn't sure it could be fixed
(as some are not made of the right metal). Scott had me bring it in to
see, and he was able to fix it! He actually looked at his watch, and
wanted to do it the same day. I was so happy it could be done, I told
him not to rush it, but he got it fixed over the weekend! He was the nicest, most honest provider I have ever dealt with!
I would recommend him to everyone! You don't have to worry about service, or fairness here. He is totally honest and prompt!

I sent emails requesting quotes for the work to two suppliers. Scott responded by telephone within 1/2 hour. I am still waiting for a response from the other supplier.
Scott made an appointment to view the location and take some measurements the next day. He showed up on time and gave me a quote which I felt was reasonable, so I placed the order. Scott promised installation within a week.
He arrived with the cages and promptly installed them, two days earlier than promised.

Planning was that Scott would install the cage as soon as the air conditioner was installed so that it was not exposed one night to thieves. That is exactly was happened. This took place while we were out of town. After a few months the cage paint was beginning to chip and Scott backed up his work. He took the cage, painted multiple layers, and reinstalled the cage around the air conditioner. Scott comes across sincere and very enthused about his business.
