A service tech was dispatched to the property on the same day to investigate the leaks. They were able to accommodate a full re-pipe shortly afterwards. The technicians were very friendly, courteous and professional. The quality of work was superb. I would highly recommend them.

They were ok. I mean they arrived with broken equipment, but they did fix the problem. They were alright. They cleaned it up with a manual router instead of clogger. It worked.

We made the mistake of paying them when the job was finished but we were out of town and didn't inspect. I'm hoping that the actual plumbing of the house was done properly. The aesthetics were unacceptable. The valve cover in the one bathroom was installed crooked and didn't even cover properly. They came over several times but didn't fix it. The owner stated "That's the best I can do" when he left the last time.

They made a lot of mistakes during the re-piping. I was remodeling my house. There wasn't any furniture or anything like that in my house and the new floors weren't down.  But when they re-piped they had one major leak -- pipes in my laundry room rattled when they shouldn't have rattled, and they wouldn't come back and fix it. It was just things that I was not happy about so I would never use them again. For the service they provided their price was expensive. It was like pulling eye teeth to get them to come back.
