I thought they were very thorough. Went through the report we me afterwards, going over each item and what might have been found. It helped negotiate appx. $3k off of the purchase price.

Chrisian was very professional and punctual. He noted details that I would have easily overlooked. Using his inspection report, I was able to get a $1000 credit from the sellers. Great job - would definitely use them again.

Christian and his associate showed up promptly, were extremely thorough and detailed with their report. I was there during the inspection and asked questions about things I was curious about and they answered all of my questions. They walked me around the condo when they were finished and showed me all the issues that I should be aware of in making a decision on the condo. Very nice men. Seemed to be well educated on the issues relevant to a home inspection. They were finished in around 1 1/2 hours I am very pleased and will definitely call Christian again when the need arises.
