Sean the VP of Ron Schmitt Construction scheduled an appointment, he was on time and ready to help me thru the process. Having never been thru a remodel he made me feel at ease . Once we decided to move forward with the project Sean and Ron Schmitt Construction were there every step of the way which set my wife and I's mind at ease. From the first time we met with Ron Schmitt we were impressed. He took an afternoon to take us around to some of the projects he had worked on or was currently working on to give us an idea of the scope of work his company provided. We had met with several contractors to talk about our project and something just clicked with Ron. We formed an immediate rapport and confidence in his abilities. Our project was expensive, lengthy and extremely complicated at times, so it was important to get the right company; we had a complete tear down of most areas of the home, and had to get an architect involved for the kitchen, as we tore out walls to expand the area. With a project of this scope it can be very time consuming, expensive, and frustrating. However, we always had every confidence that things were being done professionally and with great attention to detail. Most importantly are the relationships we formed with Ron, Sean, and the rest of the Ron Schmitt team. We always felt as though we were the most important people that they were dealing with, knowing that they had several projects going on at the same time. Now, after the completion of our project we remain friends with Ron, Sean, and their family. If you are looking for a company that offers quality, integrity, honesty, and the utmost professionalism, this is the company for you.

From the very beginning I was impressed by the prompt response to my request for a bid, as well as comprehensive and engineering and design services offered. Despite starting the project at the beginning of the rainy season, the project was completed on time and within budget. I also appreciated the flexibility of project specifications and accommodation of changes. Finally I was pleased with the quality of the workmanship of RSC and their subcontracters. Ron proved to be a man of integrity who was professional through out the duration of the project. I highly recommend using his services.

After the initial wait of several months getting all of the county permits approved, construction began around May, 2014. Ron explained all of the details of the construction before each step of the process. Asked our opinions on each thing. Even kept in touch with us and sent us pictures of the progress while we were out of town. They were very professional and got things done in a timely manner. The covered patio was just what we wanted. Could not have turned out better.  Project was finished about Aug. 13, 2014. Cost of new roof-$45,000. Cost of new pool cage-$8,000. We are very satisfied with the job and would recommend Ron Schmitt's company to others.

Ron Schmitt Construction was very professional, fast, friendly, and didn't talk down to me by treating me like a stupid consumer which I appreciate. It was a very positive experience overall and I would absolutely use Ron Schmitt Construction again. They were the most professional with the best price. 

Ron Schmitt and his company made building our first custom home a dream come true. From the initial meeting to the key in the door. All phases went extremely smooth. We have had other homes built in the past, but the expertise, proffesionalism and eye for detail with Schmitt Construction was a whole level above our previous homes. During the course of construction Ron and his crew came up with fantastic ideas that were not originally thought of, but made our home even more custom. Yes we have a one of kind home built by a one of kind builder (Ron should trademark that phrase). We would recommend Ron Schmitt Construction to anyone who is looking for honesty, integrity, and excellent workmanship. Ron was on sight and extremely efficient in getting our DETACHED GARAGE completed in a timely manner. Ron personally informaed us of all details from permits, to inspections, to sub-contractors and was always available to answer any questions we may have had along the way. He came in on budget as promised and completed as promised (actually we were surprised everything was completed so quickly). Ron and all his crews (concrete, roofing, painters, electrical, etc.) were polite, on time, and experts in what they did. We would give Ron Schmitt Construction an A++++ and highly recommend his company to anyone. We were so pleased with the detached garage; we also hired Ron to have our attached garage driveway re-done. (excellent job, too). Ron and his crews went above and beyond in making everything perfect.

VISITED BY THE OWNER RON SCHMITT AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK......DURING WHICH HE WOULD INSPECT THE 
PROGRESS, CONFER WITH THE WORKERS WHO WERE WORKING THAT DAY , AND EXPLAIN TO US IN DETAIL 
WHAT TO EXPECT OVER THE COMING DAYS AND WEEKS.........THIS APPROACH TOOK  ANY STRESS  OUT OF THE 
PROCESS, IN THAT WE WERE ALWAYS KEPT INFORMED AS TO  ANY UPCOMING INSPECTIONS, DELIVERY DATES ETC .
ONE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME WAS THE NEATNESS OF ALL OF HIS WORKERS...ALWAYS CLEANING UP AT THE END

Ron did an outstanding job on the construction of our two-car garage.  He was the low bidder on our garage plans and his final price came in exactly as quoted.  He always kept me informed of his progress, with photos and emails while I was up north. I especially appreciated his efforts during the permitting process and his attention to all the details of the plans.  I love my new garage and everyone who sees it comments on the quality of Ron's work.  Would I use Ron again?  Absolutely!!!!!!

He was absolutely wonderful. He was on top of each of our sub-contractors. He was very pleasant, very professional, made sure that we introduce to anybody that stepped into our home. He was really on top of everything and a real perfectionist. We are getting ready to call him back to redo our bathroom.

From start to finish, it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The professionalism of Ron Schmitt and everyone associated with the project was exceptional. Not only was the quality of the workmanship outstanding, but the care shown in all aspects (from scheduling of workers, to clean-up) was truly above and beyond all expectations. Not only would I recommend this contractor (which I have done on numerous occasions), but I have used them on other projects in the past (re-model of family room with fireplace and built-ins, roofing, etc.) and am currently in the process of beginning a bathroom remodel with them. As an added bonus (and one of the most important issues, in my mind) is the fact that they are HONEST and RELIABLE; and show true concern for making the homeowner's desires met (and exceeded). As a homeowner, there is always a list of never-ending projects to tackle; and I look forward to many years of doing business with this firm.
