The company rep I worked with was good, but work went very slowly, and I needed to prompt him several times throughout the process. The crew who removed the old roof were terrible, lazy and sat in the shade before even beginning work! They left a mess on the roof over the weekend, and a storm blew things (including nails) all over my yard. Then I waited 3 days between removal and re-shingling. In contrast, the shingling crew was fantastic; hard working, neat, polite. But what was to be a 4 day job lasted over a week, though actual days worked were four. So glad it's over!

When I called him this morning he was so indifferent I felt like I was bothering him. He said he would email the quote. He showed up and never knocked on my door and 5 minutes later he was gone. He did not make me very valued as a customer. He never said what day he would be coming until he just showed up.

He didn't put a modified roof on one section. Left it flat, causing water to sit. He left when it started to rain, and water poured in through my ceiling, walls, electric. Ruined my flooring. The roof was put in pieces, rusted. Rusted immediately around the edges. I spent 2k on gutters to hide the mess. He refuses to give me his insurance company. Walls and ceilings need painted, and some will need more.

"Member received quote 6/2/05, she accepted it 3/13/06, nine months later and because roof was leaking. Metal roof shape was the one picked from the brochure (the same brochure was given to HOA). When material was delivered and installation began she never complained about the shape and HOA has never contacted us that it was not the one shown in the brochure. She did receive a modified roof on the section but the roofing material does not make a flat roof change. It was and is flat. All metal roofing is installed in pieces. She told us to remove her old gutters, which we did, and new gutters were put on by her to replace the old. Our insurance company reviewed her claim and sent her a letter denying payment. There is no proof that her interior damage was caused previously, from hurricane, or during our construction. We settled with her for the amount that she had quotes for, interior damage, in court even though no proof could be made one way or the other. Note - the roof was installed in 2006 and she made her complaint now due to payment issues."
