 + -1 moreI was shopping around the area for a good Realtor to handle the sale of my property in Cape Coral. I decided on Tom and Sue and their team and got exactly what i wanted and needed. I was weary at first because this is a long distance out of state (MI) transaction. We did everything through phone and internet. They were friendly and very professional in handling everything and anything i needed with this transaction. They were fair in price and prompt when offers came through of any price low and/or spot on. I was expecting the lot to be on the market for awhile due to economy but they handled it fantastically and got it sold for my asking price within 6 months. I was very pleased with every angle of the transaction and couldnt have asked for a better team to handle it. In short I would definitely go back to them for selling or buying and was extremely pleased with the responsiveness and tenacity they showed in handling my transaction. They were on my side the whole time and would surely do the same for others,
