Tom and Sue Demogenes were hired to sell my home in a declining market. They did a lot of researching to make sure that my house would be listed at a price the market would bear and would be fair to me. They helped me get the home ready with suggestions as to how to make it show and sell quicker. It was only on the market 4 days and sold at full asking price. The closing and all associated paperwork went off without a hitch. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs to sell their home.
