The day after I requested Angie List, Raul Martinez was the 2nd person to show up at my door and measure and look at my project, a fence, He gave me the best price and offered a picture of an aluminum fence, I wanted. a price of $3500. I said he would give me a written quote 2 times later he left his phone number saying he was from Angie's list, after talking to 3 others, I texted him for a written price because no one else had the aluminum fence nor was close to his price. he offered to do the whole yard then said for $1500 more he would cut 2 trees and trim 2 others. Said he had a long way from Cape Coral, was very busy with several crews, and hoping to take a Christmas break. if I wanted his price I would need to put down a down payment to get my materials because prices would go up in January; He said I could postdate a check for half of the cost of the fence and trees, he had not receipts but his wife would be following him to give me a receipt and he would take a picture of the check and email it to me for a receipt, this is having and I wrote on it for brown aluminum fence, trees cut and trims, etc. I asked his company name and who to make it out to. He said Queens Landscaping, Cape Coral. I looked up and his name is listed as part of management He said because of his position in the company to right the check under his name so he could pick up my materials and store them at Queens storage at my place until he started the work. He set dates for his crew to come out and complete the work even said he would work with my lawn service to clean up the old fence area. Promise he would start at 8 am. but no one showed. I called he said he was too busy to text so I have many texts and calls where he set dates and even said he was on the way. I canceled several appointment I told him I was in no hurry, just needed to work to be done. I had to replace my roof due to storm damage and was and am working as I can afford it. He came up with another man, whom he said would be supervising the tree cutting, and brought a large trailer he parked in my yard full of debris, which he said to be used in my job. The neighbors and my yard/lawn crew were concerned as I connected with them and shared the electric poles/lines that had to be trimmed by Duke Energy and coordinated with Raul Martinez/Queen Landscaping so Duke would be able to turn off electricity, this I texted to Raul and finally. He agreed to work with Duke Energy on Feb. 6, 2025. Each time he missed a text-in my phone- appointment he said he was busy or I had to pay more for him to move a working crew who needed to finish up before coming to my place. The first time Raul Martinez cashed my checked dated 12/13/2024 early. I called Queen Landscaping. Left a message, but no one called back, so I noticed Raul had a different number on the Queen's site. So I called him on that number he answered the phone and assured me He would be up to complete my work in less than 4 hrs. Due to the storm all of his crews were overworking and I needed to be patient. I had to leave town for a week and was sick for 8 days but put forth the needed time to make sure Raul, and I would be ready for him to complete my project on Feb 6. With Duke being available that day. On Feb 5. I texted Raul a reminder, and He texted a yes, On Feb. 4, A man, whose name was hard to pick up on the phone called the texted me that he was Raul's brother and asked to pick up a deposit from me. I told him Raul had half the money and the rest would be given after the project was completed. And he, brother said sorry, he probably got the wrong phone number

The provider claimed that they are a general contractor that will take care of everything including tree removal, debris cleaning, soffit/roof fix, pool resurfacing, fence building but they left a mess.

That are fraud and scammers. Took my $1850 and ran away with my materials next day. I had to report them to the police

They did an excellent job. Very friendly.
