Tim did explain that the grass around the down spouts would probably turn burn -- which they did. I didn't focus on the fact that one of my down spouts ran uphill from my Arabian Jasmine bush, which, needless to say, bit the dust. However, I would still use Quality again and have already passed his info to my Dad and a few friends who've asked.
