Awesome guy who didn't even want to take money from me for such a simple fix, but I so appreciated his service. And the best part was he didn't make me feel stupid for being....well...stupid.

Quality Plumbing gave us a reasonable and competitive price, a verbal description of the details of the planned task and literature describing the product that they would use. As is typical in this area, the main lines are in the attic and our attic has less space to work than most. They arrived on the agreed schedule, replaced all plumbing and after passing inspection, repaired all dry wall that had been removed to access the plumbing. They were professional, polite and wasted no time in accomplishing a high quality result.

After getting 4 or 5 estimates, Quality Plumbing came in at the lowest cost. They had been recommended by a co-worker. They were prompt, courteous, and finished the job in about 3 days (had to wait for inspectors). They put drywall back in place after cutting into walls. Quality gave us a packet of information when they gave us an estimate (the only contractors that did this). We were very pleased with their work and would definitely use their services again.

They were in and out in no time and did a great job. The price even included the drywall people.

They were fabulous. They finished the job in two days and when they finished, all I had to do was repaint where they needed to cut holes. They cleaned everything up, did an excellent patch job. It went very smooth; it was very easy. I will continue to use them every time I need a plumber.

I had to call them back twice because I got a leak in my garage from the pipe not being hooked up properly, also had to call an additional time because the water heater was not working, that also was not hooked up correctly. They were recommended by two other people. They were nice and responded quickly.

Called on a Saturday afternoon when my tenant called with a sewer problem. They contacted their sewer line cleaner who called me back in minutes with an estimate. Gave the go ahead and they were there in less than an hour from my initial call to their arrival. Tenant is happy. They took a credit card over the phone. No muss, no fuss. Never actually saw anyone so can't say how professional they were on site. Over the phone they were great.

They did a great job! I stood there and watched them do the whole job and didn't see anything that they did wrong. They were very responsive as well and had a great price. I would use them again for future work.
