QUALITY PEST CONTROL OF SW FLORIDA

Pest control was ok but we had to continually call them throughout the year. They must have been out 6 times in 12 months. That is a lot of hassle. They came when they said. They retreated portions of the house when we saw ants. However, towards the end of the contract they had to come out a couple times and refused to come out when we had a couple days left unless we renewed the contract. I thought we paid for 365 days - a year is 365 days right??? Obviously there is a life to the treatment and when it is nearing the end, if you have a problem they only do the bare minimum - despite the inconvenience to you. This is not what I would call a good or reputable service.
Then - we are new to the area and had whiteflies last summer. They charged $700 to treat our trees. I now know it is a ripoff and I should have known better. I was told to expect results in a few weeks. Did the whiteflies go - no not at all. I phoned in - spoke to the head guy. He told me that it may take a month to take hold. A month later - had even more whiteflies. I phoned in again and he told me that the problem was that we were treated in the wet season and the treatment all washed away. They would not come out and retreat despite multiple requests. So, why would they even offer the treatment if they knew it would not do any good because of the wet season? So, after getting no result from them, I spent $100 on Bayer whitefly treatments from WalMart and did it myself. Low and behold, it worked almost immediately.
So, I did not renew. Then, one of their salesmen comes to my door to try and get me to renew today. There are THREE signs on my property saying NO SOLICITING. He still came to my door. Then, he had the nerve to have me sign a piece of paper saying that I refused to renew the service.

I've been using Quality Pest Control for many years and have been pleased with not only the pest control, but their great attitude, knowledge and helpfulness. They never have a problem returning to clear up any and quot;bugsand quot; that reoccur during the year. Friendly and effective.

It went well

Technician arrived on time, in clean uniform. Explained in detail what he would do. Had presentation folder showing all bugs and spiders. Did everything he promised to. Spent 2 1/2 hours. Treated inside walls! Inside all cabinets! everywhere!
Again, no sprays!

It's only been 4 months but my ants were gone with in 10 days of the initial treatment. I live in a pest free home without any harmful sprays lingering inside my homes environment. I will renew my service every year with Quality Pest Control.

They are very true to their word and have very reasonable prices. I have used them for about thirteen or fourteen years, and they have always done the highest quality work.

I paid for a year of service. We wanted them to do the pest control for the outside of our home, there was one type of ant that was a problem and it turned out they did not cover pest control on these ants with out additional cost to us. We called them out because we saw fire ant mounds and they those were covered by them, when they did come out the man that was sent wanted to argue with us about where our property line was.
