Flooring
Incredibly unreliable company. Was recommended by a friend who had good experience in the past but things have obviously changed.
They did not complete job as agreed even though they were paid for it, would not return calls and made numerous commitments to finish job when calls returned but never did. Has since stopped returning calls. Will need to hire other company to finish job they were supposed to have done. When I followed up with the person who recommended them, he shared a similar story that happened when he hired Pipestone recently as well, so it is not an isolated incident. He is also not planning on using them again.
Suggest get a professional company with references from tile company / Angie's list for tile installation versus Pipestone. Doing so will save time, money and aggravation.
