Pinch A Penny - Southwest Cape Coral

Wow....  this is going to be a difficult review to write...  as this company is AWESOME!!  Would I recommend them to a friend, associate or a client.... IN A HEARTBEAT!!!!  Or as we say up North....   "In a New York Minute!"
The owner, Christopher, came out to our house about 45 days ago to review the situation in this 16 year old pool.  Pool heater was rusted and not working... and pump was antiquated... and no chlorlnator was installed.  Instead, we had that floating dish with chlorine tablets... UNACCEPTABLE!  Christopher came back with a solid quote and reasonable... which included a new pump, chlorinator... repairs to drain cap and misc. items.  They arrived today, 3/23/2016, before scheduled, and did a great job.... new pump.... new chlorinator... etc.... all at the price quoted... no gimmicks!
The installers were very professional.... and showed great pride in their work.  You could tell by the way they handled themselves, that they enjoy working for their company and the work that they do.  Refreshing.  Aside from doing a great job, they took the time to explain the various operations of the valves, pump, etc., as it was hooked into new solar installed the night before. The big surprise.  We were concerned about having the old heater removed from the property.  We asked how we should deal with it and they said they'd remove it for us.  When asked how much... no charge.  Given the fact that this old heater is about the size of a small Volkswagen (some exaggeration), we were extremely pleased.  Once again, they far exceeded are expectations.... very happy. 
I've had the pleasure of working with Pinch-A-Penny for over 15 years in Naples, but didn't know what to expect in Cape Coral.  To my surprise, and great pleasure...  they are as good or better than the service received in Naples, and the service is second...  to none!  I'll be happy to recommend them to any of my contacts....  which is the greatest compliment of all.  Thank you to the team at Pinch-A-Penny!

Quick and professional.

They have done an excellent job. Their costs are fair and competitive. They have good communication.

It is great as usual.  Pinch A Penny has never raised our fees in the six years that we have used them, and the don't try to sell unnecessary services.  If I have any issues, they explain my options and make recommendations, but they allow the final decision to rest with me.

Fantastic pool sales store as well as pool service.  Installation was all quality work and all equipment operated without issues.  Very happy with customer focus and work quality plus all work completed without issue and on time.  Store will work with you if your needs change happily.
