Great installer. I would have given him an A, if he had cleaned tile immediately after install by wiping off all of haze. It dried on, and I am still trying to remove it without removing the shine from the tile without using a harsh chemical. He arrived on time, worked hard, had a helper, install over 1670 square feet of 17" tile throughout my house. Looks grea (minus the haze). I am going to see if he will install tiles in my shower in a week or so.
