After Lee County, Florida Small Claims Court mediation, Paul Wolf (engaged 10/15/2016) reneged on his return of payment (after 5 mos of not showing up). Summary Judgement awarded w/lien judgement.... "Big Deal!" Nothing to garnish to obtain return of 50% down payment $2,500.00, interest penalty (court $215.00), nor attorney's fees (2,400.00) as of 7/11/17!
