I was looking for a housecleaning lady to clean my condo ( a 2/2 of 1450
SF ) and she was recommanded by another person; I first tried the
housecleaning people on Angie's list and I was very, very disapointed by
all of them so I called this lady and although her price was a little
bit more that I expected, I gave her a chance to show me what she was
capable of doing and since then, I don't regret for one second having hired her !
She even "decluttered" one of my closet !
I would recommend her to any of my friends

Maria runs an organizing and housecleaning business.  I hire her only for housecleaning, and she does a superb job.  She runs a licensed business and is a top professional.  She is honest, dependable, trustworthy, punctual, very thorough, and never breaks anything.  These are all qualities everyone wants in a housekeeper, but Maria has two additional qualities that set her apart from many other cleaners.  She really loves what she is doing.  She has passed over a number of other job opportunities because she really likes to clean and gains great satisfaction from seeing the happiness on a homeowner's face when she is all done.  The other quality is that she has a tremendous amount of energy.  That means she works fast and hardly rests at all.  She brings her own lunch but takes only 10-15 minutes to eat and then she is up and running again.  I have encouraged her to take breaks, but she says she doesn't need them.  So she is in and out of my home faster than any other cleaner, and yet her work is impeccable.  I realize that to give a good review, I should list her negative qualities.  But I just haven't found any yet.  I am sure she is just as professional in her organizing business.  Over the last 30 years, I have hired a number of housekeepers, but I have never had one as good as Maria.  She is the best of the best!
