My contact with Oliver's came from the referral of a good friend. I already had a company that I had worked with in the past that I was pretty happy with, however, after 3 days without air conditioning in SW Florida I was ready to call them after everything I had tried had failed. That was when my friend saw my comment about my AC woes on Facebook and called me encouraging me to try and call Oliver's I was already resigned to calling my company in the morning and waiting a day or 2 for them to come out so I figured I had nothing to lose. Man, am I happy I took his advice. I called them at about 7ish on a Tuesday evening and he actually answered the phone! No automated call center or answering machine, a real, honest to god human being picked up the phone at that hour. The tech told me he would be out to see me that evening, even after I told him I don't expect him to interrupt his evening, he told me no problem, he would be there tonight. Less than 2 hours later, I had Ice COLD air blowing out my vents for the first time in days, and I spent so little I felt like I was taking advantage of him! Long story short, Oliver's will get all my referrals in the future, and in my business (Real Estate) one bad referral can take you from the awesome agent to the fool that recommended the bad contractor. This is a fear I know I will never have to face with the fine people at Oliver's, they have my 100% confidence and satisfaction. I'd stake my reputation on them. Try them out, you won't be disappointed, and if you do, please tell them that Anthony from Angie's List sent you, I want to show him how great a community we have here and how much we reward and appreciate honest, hard working tradesmen,.
