I hired Northern Blend to do our yard work and repair our sprinkler system at our Cape Coral home, since we are snow birds, we do not live there year long. I was told that our sprinkler system was repaired and working correctly and starting in May, they would be mowing our lawn once a week. We found out in June that our lawn was not being mowed weekly and had gotten knee high and the sprinklers were not working. I also had been asking for a monthly statement for several months, and every time was given an excuse as to why I could not get a statement.I hired a new company to do my lawn and according to another sprinkler company, our system will have to be totally redone to get it working correctly.I have asked for statements twice since June and now they are not even returning my emails and apparently they do not guarantee their work since they have not returned my requests on their warranty work on my sprinkler system.Do not do business with this company, they do not represent what their Web site states.
