David arrived on time every day during the week of work. Each day he would explain every step of what he was doing. The work involved stapling the shell; removing the vanishing edge tiles and resetting them straight; taking care of a wire that was coming through the floor; and sealing two large cracks on the outside wall of the pool area. I am extremely happy with the outcome!

They're lousy. Their price would have been okay if they did the work. The quality was terrible. They didn't show up to do the work. The pool turned green. They showed up once but they didn't come back out again.

The work was done on time and in a professional manner. Another vendor did the paver installation around the pool, and Neptune coordinated with that work perfectly. We will continue to use Neptune for pool maintenance as they are qualified to preserve the lifetime warranty of the Pebble-Tec. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Our pool was in bad shape and not usable for several years due to deteriorating fiberglass liner. Obtained estimates from three companies. Neptune's estimate was not the lowest. However, the person who did the estimate, Rick Hough, was the most professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions clearly. The owner of the company arranged for us to see two pools that were resurfaced recently by Neptune.
We watched the work every day for about three weeks... it was very impressive. Our new pool turned out far better than we expected... very happy with the result. As a result, we switched pool services to Neptune... the technician is excellent.
