I work for a high volume property management company and we use Marlin with NDM Pro everyday!! He is great at what he does, very reasonable and great with communication. He is also a genuine caring person that puts pride into his work.

Very professional power washed and sealed our driveway and sidewalk, did excellent job. Would surly recommend them.

It's so busy in Fort Myers post hurricane. Even now, Martin was responsive, answered my questions, sent a quote that evening, and came out on time, on the scheduled date. They communicated throughout and did a great job.

Marlin came by himself as Drew had an appointment that he needed to keep on the day scheduled for the work on my property. It has been a long while since I have seen someone work as hard as Marlin did for a straight 7 hours. He completed the roof cleaning, the pool deck, patio and the pool screen and did the best job ever in the 22 years we have lived here. I contracted for him to return for yearly maintenance, and I won't be scrounging around any longer to find a competent company. What a relief!!

responsive: I called the number. Marlin answered immediately, every time; precise: I requested a quote, he asked for some information and told me that he would email me the quote in the afternoon, sure enough, I received the email that afternoon with the quote which included the price, the date and time for the roof cleaning, and how they were going to do it; Punctual: showed on time and finished the job on time. Compared to others: most cases I had to give info on phone and schedule somebody to come onsite for a quote, some difficult to get hold of this had to leave message, extreme cases: one guy named Martes (?) picked up the phone, gave me a quote on the phone and said he would do the job on a Tuesday, both of us agreed, I waited for a week expecting the roof to be cleaned on that Tuesday, but he never showed up and never picked up my calls since.
