Came early after calling me ahead of scheduled appointment. Replaced defective breaker & did extra waterproofing in lift controllers box. Very professional. Will be my go to electrician esp for marine work.

Not well. There was a miscommunication between the owner that did the bid and the guys that installed the electricity. I asked for more power so I could plug my boat in at the dock. They had to come back out and rewire because they didn't install the proper plug to accommodate the correct amps. I thought the quote they gave me included the correct plug, but because it didn't, they charged me the additional $190 to fix their mistake.

Sometimes it's hard to get a timely schedule, it's just a function of how much work work they had lined up, in fact I'm waiting on a call back from when they can come back and do another piece of work for me.
Their very high quality, they are punctual, very professional, very friendly electrician that come out to do the work.

NCS eletctric inc was very professional in removing old electric and upgrading to 220 v wiring for boat dock. I had two other companies come out to give me estimates, but I felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation. NCS seemed honest and competent. I would highly recommend them.

DID NOT STAND BEHIND ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL!! We got 3 quotes from different companies and choose the middle quote. On the day of install, during install, they informed us "by the way, we have to charge you $400 additional because we need to pull more wire than expected." what kind of professionalism is this? HONC docks did the dock install and NCS Electric had access to all the blue prints plus they came out to our house and surveyed the area. We are reasonable people and understand that people do make mistakes, so we offered to meet them 1/2 way and pay them $200 extra - but they did not accept our offer. We write this so other people do not get burned.
We just found out that NCS Electric is saying the reason for increase was dock plans were altered - this is absolutely NOT true. we got one quote from dock company and never changed anything.

"We are so sorry the customer feels this way, however this is not what transpired. We arrived exactly as scheduled. Upon arrival we found that the scope of work had changed as the dock design had been altered. Before beginning, our lead electrician called our general manager to explain the changes and get the price adjustments. He then walked through the changes with the customer and advised them of the additional item to the project. This item should have cost them an additional $395. Due to miscommunication on our end and our error, we did not charge the customer for this- accepting responsibility on our end. Upon completion the customer gave us two checks and letter. The first check was for the original amount plus half of the agreed upon increase. The other check was for the other half of the increase and letter states that they felt like they were doing us a favor by paying half and if we cashed the second check they would call the doc contractor to complain and then post bad reviews all over social media. Upon reflection, we didn't think they should have the right to blackmail us regarding money that they owed and agreed to pay. So we cashed the check and the customer called the contractor and posted this negative review. By the way, their job was completed beautifully as scheduled on time."

The owner came out looked at the job and handed me a bid. The bid was itemized and included a number of optional items and the cost.\
The crew of two came to the job site as projected and did the work in one day with no issues. I would recommend NCS if you have electrical work to be done.

We have used this company a few times before and they have always done good work. This time was no different. The price was reasonable given they crawled through our very tight attic and ran entirely new electrical. They fellows that did the work were pleasant and capable.
My only complaint was in the scheduling. We originally asked for an estimate and they postponed twice. During the last phone conversation they said they would call back with a new time. They never called back and we were planning on calling another company. However a day later the electricians came to our home unexpectedly to do the work but not give an estimate. Since they had done quality affordable work in the past, I just went with it. Had I been a new customer or not home that day, things probably would not have worked out as well.
I will qualify my issue with the scheduling and say that this is the first time this happened with them. The other times worked out well.

I changed out all the outlets (4) and light switch in my son's room myself and it worked for a while, and then it didn't. The outlet that fed the room was like a plate of spaghetti so I figured that's where I went wrong. I was concerned about safety and being sure it was done right so I called NCS. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was courteous and helpful. The electrician, Paul, showed up on time the following day and pulled out all the outlets I installed and pointed out an outlet with some small burn marks caused by arching, wiring touching the metal outlet box, as I understood it. He cleaned up the spaghetti outlet and put all the outlets and covers back. I showed Paul several other things in my home I had questions about and he was happy to explain them to me, was knowledgeable and friendly. I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right and will definitely use NCS again. Thanks guys!

When I called and told them it was an emergency because my meter box had some issues and LCEC needed to have someone look at it, they were here on the double. they sent a man to check the problem within a day, and returned with the proper permits and equipment needed to replace.
LCEC told me to hire an electrician, I went to ANGIES list and found one was comfortable with .
I was really pleased with the care and punctuality of the staff at NCS, . including the people answering the phones.
After the electricians finished their sharI will use them again if I ever need an electrician.

Jack (the owner) and his crew did an excellent job for us. The work was completed on-time, and was well coordinated with the dock builder (who also did an excellent job). The cost was as estimated and the final product looks great. The underwater fish lights are very cool. We started seeing bait fish gathering around the lights for the first couple of nights, and now we are seeing larger fish attracted to the lighted area as well. It's like having your own outdoor aquarium.

The owner Jack Schwartz gave me an estimate a few months prior to the job and it was exactly what he said. They arrived on time and did an excellent and professional job. They dug a trench and drilled through the sea wall to wire the boat lift and add 2 outlets to the dock. I had them install an underwater fish light and it looks awesome. I had several estimates and they gave me the best price. I will use them for all my future electrical needs. They are a great company and I highly recommend them!!

From our initial contact with Jack, the owner, who personally inspected the property and gave us our estimate, through the completion of our job, everyone and NCS Electric was punctual, professional, and thorough.
The job was somehow completed in one day, as promised. The work performed by NCS Electric was professional, on budget, and perfectly as proposed. The folks at NCS went out of their way to explain everything they did, made sure everything was working properly, and explained all aspects of their work before leaving. The electricians cleaned up after themselves, were very friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Cathy, Jack’s wife, followed up with an email letting us know all inspections had been completed.
Our experience with NCS Electric was great. It is nice to work with folks who treat customers well and appreciate our business. We will not hesitate to use NCS in the future should we need services which they provide.

We were very pleased. The electrician was on time and he coordinated the work with LCEC so that the work would proceed without too much disruption in electrical service. He disposed of the old equipment and left the area spic and span. He went through the house and marked the breakers so that we would know which ones controlled which appliances and rooms since the old panel identifiers had disappeared years ago.

Jack Schwartz, the owner, came personally and gave us an estimate for all new wiring needed for the new dock and boat lift we had just installed. His estimate was complete and very reasonable. His electrician, Frank Bloise and helper Marty, were professional, expedient and kept us informed when they needed access to any part of the house and grounds. They gave us warning when they were going to have to turn off power so that we could turn off any electrical devices that could be harmed. They were always polite and friendly. When the installation was complete, Frank took us from the breaker box, to the boat lift, to the underwater fish light, explaining what was done and how to operate each thing. They had also installed wiring for additional projects on our dock and options for backup systems if we needed them. They went the extra mile and I would definitely use them again for any electrical need we have in the future. Definitely pleased with the work and feel we got our money's worth. I highly recommend NCS Electric, Inc.

Went well. Original estimate was for three hard wired under cabinet lights and the fan changeovers, but when service people came, told us could not hard wire two of them. Had them do work on three switches as an afterthought.

They were very good. They did a very good job. They finished the job on the same day. In fact, it just took them a couple of hours. They told me that it would be between $180 and $200 and promised that it wouldn't be anything more than that. It came to $185 or $190. The guy kept his word. The price was great because I had gotten 3 estimates and the other 2 were higher. The quality of their service was so good that I forgot to give the ring that I had bought to go against the ceiling before they put the fan up. The guy had put the fan up and I told him that I had forgotten to give him the ring. The other guy who put the light over the kitchen sink said that it was okay and that he'll put the ring up again for me. He went and got the fan all the way down, put the ring and then put the fan back up. That's how good their service was. They only had one appointment and they were here right on time. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again in the future. In fact, I told the guys to tell their boss that he would be my electrician from now on. I want them to know that I really liked their work. I'm 79 years old and they were very kind and very nice to an old lady. They were great.
