These ladies are very good at what they do.  They arrived at 8 am and it is now 6 pm and they are still here shining everything.

I believe they wiped every surface in this house.  3 ladies cleaned and they are all polite and they really work hard.

They are coming back monthly for $130.

I highly recommend this company!

On time, two gals went right to work, did more than I asked and were very honest and trustworthy.  I have already scheduled them to clean our new home, plus as a Realtor will have them on my Referral Businesses that all Client receive.

They always do a thorough job.

First time out, they performed a deep cleaning and did a great job.  Now they are on a regular schedule with us after trying several other services.  This company out performed the rest by way of punctuality, professionalism and quality of work.  Highly recommend them.

We got them from Angie's List. They charge $100 for once a month of housecleaning and $75 if it's twice a month. They do a good job of cleaning on the whole house. The first time they came, there were three of them. They were extremely thorough. Now, it's usually two and they don't speak English. It's very difficult to communicate. That is a site problem. The last time, there's just one. It took a lot longer. She has never been to our house so there were some things that didn't get done afterwards. They did something the second time to our oven in the front and the surface came off. I couldn't tell if it's the front burner or the back burner. She got the replacement and she worked hard to get the replacement. That's very positive.

Provider was contracted to clean floors and bathrooms only.   Provider came into home, went through everything, put things away and we are still looking for them, broke our trash can.  I was very specific about what I wanted done. Only  the floors and bathrooms.  They insisted on doing more.  Since I was not home, my fiance didn't know to stop them.  Then they charged more than agreed upon.
The cleaning was fair with the kitchen looking very nice and the bathrooms so-so.  But since everything we owned was moved around and not placed back into the original locations, we are pretty unhappy.  Also, was very unhappy that they came into my private office even through on the phone I was specific that my office was not to be included.
They were supposed to be here at 8:00 AM and arrived at 2:30.  In all fairness, they called but plans were made around a morning cleaning and everything had to be rescheduled. 
Will not use again.

They do an excellent job cleaning the house. They will do extra cleaning if we ask them and they also go out and totally sweep and clean the patio that we have, which I never expected.

Rosane quoted a price based on square footage to deep clean a home we recently purchased.  She and one other helper were at the house about eight hours and did a terrific job.  The house had been neglected for some time, and needed a lot of work, but Rosane stayed with her quoted price.

I rented a duplex and the new tenants wanted to move it quickly so they did not incur additional expenses at their current residence and their lease, etc. ended at the end of the month.  I called the agency I usually use knowing that it may be a problem because of the time constraint given that I had only two days until the scheduled move-in. It was no surprise when  I was told they were completely booked and could not do it until the next week.  I then went to Angie's List thinking I would try to see if I could find someone in spite of the last minute request.  I was not feeling very positive after a couple of calls and was getting myself ready to do the cleaning myself. My next call was to Mrs. Neat Cleaning Service where I spoke to Rosane.  She checked her schedule and said she could make it at 7am the upcoming Friday (just a day and a half away). I agreed to meet her at the property. 

On Friday morning I went to the property, Rosane sent me a text message shortly before 7am indicating that she was running a bit late and would be there soon.  She arrived within ten minutes.

I had explained on the phone what I needed done and give her the square footage and number of rooms and she gave me an approximate cost but wanted to see the unit before giving me a firm price.  When she arrived we went through the unit room by room and went over what needed to be done, she told me the price she quoted would be the cost. I had to leave to do errands, she said she would have two employees who would come help her, it would take about two hours and she would call me when she was close to finishing.  She called me about two hours later and said they would be done shortly, I left to go back to the property.

When I opened the door, the home smelled wonderful, a nice fresh, clean smell, she went through the unit with me room by room and every room sparkled - a WONDERFUL JOB.  She said she had a problem with the tile floor and had to go over it three times to get it to her satisfaction - it looked great.  There was staining in one of the bathrooms that my husband said he didn't think could be removed - Rosane removed them.

Consequently, I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Mrs. Neat Cleaning Service and Rosane.

    

Never used a cleaning company before but I was amazed with what they did. I couldn't ask for a better job or more friendly people. When they left the house was spotless and smelled very fresh. They cleaned from the ceiling down everything was cleaned more then i was expecting.

They are thorough, work quickly and are very pleasant to have in my home.

We rescheduled for today and she called me informed me that they would be early, which they were not. They showed up at 2 p.m even though she stated it would be between 12:30-1. When they finally showed up and did the cleaning the price had went from $45 as of  last year to $80! The total was $100 but the additional cost was because it had more than 6 months since the last cleaning.

They were friendly, on time, below my budget. They responded to my call immediately and were there the next day.
They did a fabulous job, no detail left undone. I can't say enough good about them. I will use them again to do a deep cleaning on my house. Lovely people and hard working.

It was great. However, I think she may have got more than she bargained for. Even so, she and her helper stayed until they finished everything they had agreed to.  We will definitely use if we need someone again. Thanks Roseane!

The service I received from Rosane and her crew were very good. With the one exception that she got a much later start on the job, they provided a very detailed and deep cleaning. I have already referred some of my friends to her and I will certainly use her at least monthly.. It`s a solid vendor who does a thorough job.

WOW!!! This is a great cleaning company. First time they cleaned it was $140 for deep cleaning and it was spectacular.  They were here so long that we had to ask them to leave because we had another appointment (8:30 - 3:30).  Returned today for bi-weekly cleaning at $80.00.  The house is shining.  Highly recommended!

I decided to reward myself after an extended business trip with a house cleaning.  My husband was home when they showed up promptly at 8 a.m. as scheduled.  They cleaned for hours, left for a brief time and then returned to complete the job.  The owner said the first job would take much longer because they do a really deep cleaning.  Deep indeed!  I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of their work. I've scheduled them to return in a few weeks and am planning to use them on a regular schedule.  In fact, I'm going to use them as a "thank you" gift for a friend who's going to pet sit while we're on a cruise.

Wonderful results - the house was amazingly clean!  Unlike other companies that we used back in Massachusetts, they even cleaned behind the stove and refrigerator. They also provided all cleaning materials. We have since had them clean another house and will now use them for monthly cleaning.

Great!  Her employee was there at designated time and the owner joined her later on.  Needed whole house cleaned including bedding, appliances since It is a vacation rental.  The house was spotless when they were finished.  I was very impressed.  Would absolutely call again.

So, let me tell you, she had her work cut out for her.  I am over 5 months pregnant, have been sick thru most of it, so my housecleaning was put on the backburner.  Not really a strict cleaner to begin with, but then not doing anything for 5 months really can get out of hand.  The condo was empty, however the floors, windows, everything was just messy.  Especially with a 7 year old and 3 cats.   Was very embarrassed to even have her come and clean.  She told me to not worry about anything, and that she would take care of it all.  When at the end she said it was going to cost $200 I gladly gave her $230 because here is everything she did:
Cleaned and mopped the tile floors
Vaccummed all bedroom carpets
cleaned all windows and sliding glass doors
scrubbed and cleaned very messy floors on the porch (where the litter boxes were)
cleaned 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms
scrubbed down the kitchen from top to bottom
emptied the refrigerator and scrubbed it down
scrubed down microwave and oven
wiped down all doors
wiped down all cabinets

I called her on a Friday afternoon, and she was there the very next day, Saturday morning at 8am. We had just purchased this house, it was empty, but I wanted a good cleaning done. She swept and mopped the floors, wiped down cabinets, appliances, everything. She even cleaned all the windows (and there were about 18 of them) and pulled out the screens and cleaned each one and put them back. The place was spotless! She was done by noon. Very nice, very professional. Using her again!!
Oh, and she also scrubbed the front and back porch down!

She is excellent! I can't say enough good things about her. We won't use her again until the fall when we come back to Florida but we will be looking her up!

Mrs. Neat Cleaning Service are absolutely terrific. The worker that I have is totally punctual. They are right on time. She comes in and does her job, she doesn't take any extra time. She does it very efficiently, and does it over and above what I would expect a house cleaner to do. She cleans my coffee filters, my stove inside and out, and does the inside refrigerator every other month. Cleaning the refrigerator is a whole $5 extra.
