Matthew was very professional, hardworking and polite. Once Matthew provided the estimate for the flooring, I received emails of the cost of labor and materials. When I signed the contract Matthew explained the contract. Normally I ask a lot of questions when it comes to business. Matthew updated me and educated me along the process. I was so pleased with my flooring. I gave Matthew with Mk BUILDS a 5 star all around for excellent customer service, professionalism, excellent work and attention to details.

Matthew from MK Builds is a hardworking guy, and very polite. I told him about some projects I needed done around my house. One of them was to replace skirting that blew off from around my house during hurricane Ian. He did an excellent job. It was a relief to finally find someone who actually came out to look at the job and get it done. Another time he fixed a leak in my kitchen. I have seen his flooring work, so I am having him come out soon to replace my flooring. He is a meticulous worker, and does a great job.
