I am not very pleased with the service that the agent provided for our rental property.  They posted the home too late and we only got 6 weeks of renting the house as apposed to the 12 we were counting on.  The photos they presented on the site were an awful representation of our house.  It also took me several email's to get a virtual tour online for the property.  The agent did a terrible job listing our home and the information was not accurate.  They had the information and descriptions completely wrong.   The cleaning ladies who did the cleaning once the renters moved out left the place filthy.  I had to have my personal cleaning company come out to clean and do repairs.  The home was never thoroughly inspected and it was due to the agent not doing a good post inspection of the property. The only way we ever got a response from the agent was by a CC to her boss in emails. It was an awful experience that ended up costing us a large amount of money.  I would not recommend them in the future to anyone.  You cannot depend on their communication or their credibility.
