Outstanding service!  Rob was wonderful!  As soon as I arrived to Master Touch Rob met me and introduced himself.  Even though I told him that the rental car company was coming to pick me up he phoned them again to make sure they were on their way.  Everyone at Master Touch was extremely pleasant and courteous.  Jim and the staff on the phone were always pleasant on the phone regarding the status on keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle.   They completed the work on my vehicle as scheduled and the work was excellent!  I highly recommend the professional staff at Master Touch for their service.  They go out of their way for their customers.

The work included replacing the rear bumper and mud flaps.  Re painted and clear coated the bumper.  The car was left exceptionally clean inside and the outside including the wheels were washed and clear coated.  The car looks like brand new..

The front end of my car was crushed between the curb and a car that hit me on the driver's side. The damage ended up costing $18,000 to repair. Master Touch was a pleasure to work with. They were professional and thorough.  The repair work became more extensive that thought at first, and they kept us informed every step of the way. After the repairs were completed and my car was beautifully restored, the encouraged me to contact them if there were any problems. We did go back for a few small things, and they welcomed us like old friends. I would highly recommend Master Touch to everyone.

I wanted pin striping on my new car and I drove 35 minutes from P**** Gorda. Jim Hickman went out of his way to go over different types of pin striping and different places to put it on my car. We made a decision and Jim personally installed the pin striping in short order and at a very resonable cost. The result was First Class. Yes, I do recomend Master touch and will go again for any auto body work.

If you want quality work done by people who care about their customers then this is the place for you. For the job that they do they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and will use them again even though I live an hour away from their shop.

We received an on-site Immediate quote which did not change upon the completion of the work.  The job was completed within the two day period - exactly as promised.  The quality of work was excellent and the price, while not the lowest of 4 estimates, was close to it.  I would use their services for any future needs - which I hope are nonexistent.

"My car rolled into the concrete wall beside the garage door putting a sizable depression in the bumper and scraping a lot of paint off. My thought was it might cost $800+ to repair. I went to Angie's list and got the names of a couple of repair facilities with good reviews. Master Touch Auto Body was my first stop. Don't remember if it was Jim or Rob, but he took a look and asked if it was going to be insurance or self payment. I told him I was paying and it didn't have to be perfect, just make it look better. He took out a section of removable grill, but still couldn't access the area behind the dent. He asked if we had 20 minutes he would take it around and put a heat gun on the area and see if it could be popped out. A panel ahead of the fender well had to be removed to access the area. He returned about 30 minutes later with the panel popped back out and touch up paint covering the scrapes from the encounter. He also buffed out a scratch on the drivers side that was from a much earlier incident. The job was not perfect, but it looked great compared to when I pulled in. He advised us to keep it parked in the sun, and as it warmed it would continue to conform back to it original contour. When I asked what I owed for the work he said "Nothing, just come back to see us when you need more work." Needless to say if I ever need body work in Florida, I know where I will go.

The job went as it was advertised, except that there was roughly one extra week involved. It was a superb job, however, and well worth the wait.

Master Touch Auto Body is exceptional! I had minor repair work on my front bumper today - the work was done while I waited. All the personnel I met were professional, personable and skilled. The repair was done exactly as I requested and I was kept informed of the progress. I've had a few dealings with other body shops over the years but have never had such a positive experience. Other customers in the waiting area were very enthusiastic about this business. I highly recommend Master Touch with no reservations
