was supposed to order sod after he took 50% deposit and install asap with final pay upon completion. Took 2 weeks to call back and tell me sod guy was deterred by rainy season. The deposit date was 6-26-2014 check was cashed next day. We finally told him we want our money back after 3 months of excuses. Now we have to resort to small claims court to resolve.
