"Dear Michelle, We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience with Magnum Fence Company did not meet your expectations. We strive to deliver quality service while adhering to all relevant regulations and property boundaries. Regarding your project, we encountered specific constraints: Fence Height: You requested a 5-foot-high fence. However, the Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations for your condominium complex permit a maximum fence height of 4 feet. To comply with these community standards, we were required to install a 4-foot fence. Property Line Placement: Your preference was to position the fence beyond your property line, extending into the neighboring property by approximately 10 feet on the right side. According to both HOA guidelines and local regulations in Fort Myers, fences must be installed within the property boundaries. Specifically, Fort Myers regulations require fences to be set back 4 inches inside the property line. Therefore, we were obligated to place the fence within your property limits to remain compliant. We understand that these restrictions may have been frustrating. Our primary goal is to ensure that all installations adhere to legal and community standards while striving to meet our clients' preferences. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are open to discussing alternative solutions that align with both your desires and the regulatory requirements. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We value your input and are committed to improving our services. Sincerely, RUSS 239 888 7022 Magnum Fence"
