They replaced that whole mechanism because it was starting to leak cooling fluid.

They even came back a second time, because I had to order some new filters and put the filters in for me. Very professional. 

They used to service my condo, and I have been using them since I bought my house. I have been keeping an eye on my unit to make sure it hasn't been leaking and they verified that it hasn't been leaking. I was in the middle of a contract when I moved so I transferred the contract to the new house.

This was for a different residence. This was under a contract that I bought for 2 years.

The best thing I can say about them is that they are inept. They arrived around 11:30am and had system in by 5:30pm. Did not check system for air flow or temperature. After 3 hrs the house was still 80 degrees. Called them at 8:30pm. Technician arrived and charged the system with refrigerant. House cooled down but would not shut off. Called at 11:00pm. They would send out Technician Sunday morning. He checked system and found wiring problem. Thermostat they installed was off by 5 degrees. Took them two weeks to agree that I was right and replace thermostat. When they installed support hangers they pinched off the supply air duct by about 20%. Took a week for them to verify the problem and fix it. System finally works correctly, but I was very frustrated with their lack of communication. Every time I called, they were not aware of any problems with my system. The installers were either poorly trained or incompetent. The technician they sent out was pretty good, but it was 12 days before he came out with the proper equipment to check that everything was working properly. I also found out that they gave a 10% discount to Angies List members. When I mentioned it, they said they gave me a good deal on the system and would not honor it. The system came with a 1 year service contract but I will not have them back. I will pay someone else to service the system.

Everything was good. I would use them again in the future. 

They said they would come out and do the air conditioner. The problem that we had with them was that it was so expensive, we couldn't believe it. They just did a few things and it was almost $3000 and we thought it was very expensive because we have heard that people get air conditioners for $4000. We had to end up financing it because we didn't have the money. They said there was something wrong and we had a leak that was going on in the garage. We have called and called and they have come out. The last time we called them they said we will have to get a tray and that would cost $100 and we said it was okay we would just go with the bucket underneath. I am not happy with them. I would not recommend them. The first visit was a year ago, but they follow up which is good. We have been struggling with this leak, and they have been coming out and not charging us, but  they never solved it, and all of a sudden they want to solve it and put a drain trip in it. We figured as much as we paid to them for the air conditioner, they could have given us the drain trip to begin with. The prices were outrageous. They do come but we don't get the job done right. When we call them on phone, they do respond and come back. The person on the phone acts like everything will work out.

There were a few problems, but they were resolved.

I had a very bad experience with this company.  They would not refund my money for the 2 year service agreement.

All work was quoted at an earlier date and explained well. They stayed with their original quote and did a very professional job. My husband is very cautious therefore needing, everything that would be and was done, shown and explained to him. The technicians were patient and explained everything to our satisfaction. I had to reschedule and talked with the office several times. Everyone I spoke with were exceptionally nice and patient. Good company to deal with. 

You just don't expect to get this kind of service any more.They were prompt, professional and when I need a new unit they will be my choice.

The problem was fixed.

Did not mastic seal air ducts as required by bldg code enforcement. Did not obtain required permit until 6 months after installation. Failed code enforcement inspection because of lack of affidavit certifying sealing of air ducts. Sealing of air ducts has been required since 2012 as per Collier County Code Enforcement Dept. When I called company they said code requirement was not in effect when a/c installed in April 2013. Have sent certified letter and made phone calls and have not received any response from the company. They also did not update circuit breakers for air handler and compressor until they posted their permit on Nov 6, again 6 months after the installation

He came and gave me an estimate which went well. Then he accidently put a large hole in the roof of my garage when trying in put in a new air conditioner. He had to leave and get a part, when he came back he couldn't get the door of the truck open to get the part. After several hours the manager came to fix everything. The job ended up being good after the manager fixed the problem. Later they also came back and fixed a minor problem.

the air conditioner is keeping the house cool, however it runs almost as often as the old one .. we were told we would see a big difference....

Two out of three technicians were really polite and professional. Mark in the office was very helpful. I would hire them again but I would request Ralph or Jan. As for the price I am not sure if it was a good price, all work was guaranteed. I panic because of the hot weather coming and did not get other prices.
