He is a retired state police office.Totally professional and relieable.He sends a detailed report every time that he visits and it includes a check of everything that you could possibly think of.Even starts and moves the car once a month so the battery stays up and the tires don't develop flat spots.
He coordinates other services if he see's a problem such as pool,lawn and insect services.

Amazing! Very professional gentleman familiar with home maintenance and troubleshooting. He sprays doorways for pests, flushes toilets, runs water, checks air conditioning, starts and runs car engine. Does visual inspection of property and promptly notifies you of any deficiencies and sends picture of same. Reports on pool maintenance and lawn maintenance. He will collect mail. He has given us peace of mind while being away from our Florida home. Will definitely continue to use his services.
