He did a little bit more than he was asked to do. As he went along, he saw something that needed to be cleaned and he did it. I had a choice when he came over first to see what needed to be done, I didn't know if I would have to buy new carpet, but he got every stain out. I couldn't believe it! He cares. He pays attention.

Technician was Jack Lee, co-owner. On time, very courteous, personable and professional, very helpful with tips and recommendations on how to care for our white carpet to maximize length of time between cleanings. This is the second time we have used and will definitely use them in the future. We can also highly recommend them.

The appointment was set up for my convenience. They were prompt and finished the work in a timely manner.

I had always thought my wife wanted an indoor pool, but apparently this was not what she had in mind.
The heavy rains drove massive amounts of water into my home below the threshold. It was so bad, water was pooling between the tongue and groove joints in the flooring all over my home in Bonita Springs. The padding beneath the laminate wood floor sucked up the water and damaged the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom hallway, bathroom, and half of the living room.
Jack was a word-of-mouth referral from a good friend who was an apartment manager in Fort Myers where Jack held a water damage contract with the complex. When I needed him, he answered promptly, came out the same day, and was professional, courteous, and showed a genuine, heartfelt sympathy for the damage that required my wife, 10 week old son and me to move to my parent's house.
He worked very quickly and efficiently. Due to my work schedule, I knew I could not always make it to meet him when he went to check on my home, so I gave him access to my garage so he could get in and out as needed. I trust him fully and highly recommend him; you will not be disappointed with Jack's service, quality, speedy work, or professionalism. If you're reading this review and need a water damage cleanup company, stop looking at reviews and call Jack immediately.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I first received an estimate, and they stuck to that estimate. I had some stains on the second floor that were hard to get out, and they kept coming back to try out different ways to get those stains out. Also, they followed up with me afterwards to ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I'm very satisfied with their services.
