I had been using another service and had been dissatisfied for quite a while. The final straw occurred when a neighbor had to complain to the city about the service's yard waste disposal methods. I contacted Lawn Service by Ray, they promptly responded, and I have been happy with their work.

Ray and his crew did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and friendly. The place looks beautiful and I have arranged to hire them to take over my lawn requirements too, as they will keep my bushes trimmed on an ongoing rotation. I was very happy with their work. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Although the agreement was for mowing, edging and weed control, the only thing that got done was the mowing and the edging along the driveway. The crew showed up like clockwork every week, but were only at my house for about 10 minutes doing the mowing, there was never any weed control done, and there was no edging of the flower beds, and these were specified when I first contacted them. I tried multiple times through multiple avenues to contact Ray about the service since I knew he wasn't on site, instead it was one of his crews, but never got a phone call or e-mail, and the service did not improve, so I terminated the service.

Our neighbors report to us while we are away and they share how please they are with how lovely our place looks.
I didn't know we needed a permit for the sod and Ray shared all the info we needed to know to get everything done expediently.
