The company supposedly rehabbed a house we are renting. Within the first week of moving in I supplied a list of things that needed repair. They have not fixed anything except a Nasty toilet seat that should have been replaced when they did the rehab. The ice maker line leaks and the solution is to turn the cold water off at sink. They are supposed to send someone to fix it, I have been waiting for a call for 5 days now. It is 4th of July weekend so I suppose I won't hear from them for at least 3 more days. Unfortunately we signed the lease stating that there were 4 smoke detectors in place only too discover there were only two (according to the lease we are responsible for replacement and functionality). I did advise them of the deficit by email with no response. I could go on and on!

We were very displeased by the representation and professionalism of this mortgage leasing company. They were supposed to assist in bringing the place to top shape when we left and find someone able to continue the lease until we returned the following spring. Recently, we were returning home and requested them to fix a large screen that need repairing. Not only did they charge us $1900 to fix, but before we left, we found that it wasn t done. We called someone to do it, and when the person arrived to fix the screen he found a 15 year old boy standing on a bench attempting to fix it. This, not to mention the people they found to move in while we were gone couldn t pay the lease and wound up defaulting on everything. We were stuck with all the bills and neglect. This mortgage leasing company was supposed to have pre-screened the people moving in to our home and they didn t do a good job of this if any job at all.
