Terrible as is revealed by the quality of their work .After relying on what the company said about the house I bought it. After 3 months it is obvious that this company is not qualified to do home inspections. There have been no less than $20,000.00 in repairs that should have been noted on the inspection. Obviously the inspector did not check water drainage in one bathroom or they would have caught the fact that the shower pan was leaking as was revealed by the rotten molding in the adjacent room and water on the floor. He did not check the culvert under the driveway that is collapsed and is being replaced. The HVAC unit struggles to keep the house cool due to leaking windows/doors and lack of insulation in the attic. None of the water shutoffs worked properly and have been replaced. Neither outside water bib effectively shut off the water, including the main water shutoff which have been replaced. The roof was inspected via looking at it with the zoom on a digital camera, not to mention leaking gutters, improper foundation drainage, etc., etc., etc. I don't have enough space or time to list everything that was missed. I would never recommend this company to anyone, you are better off doing your own inspection and using the money saved for repairs.

Items listed within this review were mentioned within the Inspection report which was delivered to the Client via email immediately upon completion of the on site Inspection. Our Client was not present for the Inspection, but his Agent was. However, a follow up phone call was immediately placed after report delivery in order to review findings. We did recommend many follow up items within the inspection report to be completed before making a decision. It is imperative that the entire Home Inspection Report be taken into consideration as well as recommended actions be followed up with prior to making a final purchase decision. This is the best way to ensure you are making a truly informed decision. If you ever have any questions about items within your Inspection Report, you should immediately contact your Inspector to discuss. Our firm did not receive any communications from this Client after delivery of the Inspection Reports. Should you wish to contact our office direct to discuss, we will be more than happy to assist."

The inspector arrived on time and completed the inspections as expected.They explained the reports and provided me copies on before they left.
They are licensed inspectors as required by the state of Florida to perform home, 4point and wind mitigation inspections.
All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and they helped with questions that the insurance company had.

Kross Inspections seems to rely on photos to make inspections and not on experience and knowledge of dwellings as the report I received was more computer generated than a hands on report.
