Can't remember details--I trusted him.

He is a very nice man to work with and he does quality work . Very knowledgable. He always gives you advise on repairs for your car but never pushed you to make repairs that are not necessary. His services are very accommodating.

My husband and I have been going to Ken's for about a year and 1/2. He was recommended by a friend, and we thought he was a great find. Several incidents started to raise flags, but the latest was the last for me. I took my car in for a routine oil change. They performed a "complimentary safety check". They said I needed to replace my drive belt, among several other things. I had just had the drive belt replaced by the dealer shop less than a year ago. It was practically brand new! My husband was having trouble with his car repeatedly. Several trips into Ken's resulted in no diagnosis(but numerous bills ) for the problems, but eventually he said the ball joints were leaking and needed to be replaced, and the other issue he had no clue about. My husband called the dealership shop, and was told, in all this guys' years with this model car, he had NEVER witnessed a ball joint replacement. The other problem was diagnosed (over the phone) as a loose belt. He offered to do a courtesy check of the car, so we took it in. No ball joint issues, and the belt needed to be replaced. Done-fixed. In a prior incident, Ken said we needed to have four new tires! We took it elsewhere for an alignment, and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tires. If we had experienced only one or two of these issues, I'd say it was an exception, but, too many......too expensive.......too much money spent We will never go back there,

I've found them to be very honest and good.
