After the storm we were without power for 11 days. On the 9th day toilets backing up. Septic tank was full and lift pump not working because of no power. Boy did they save me!!!! The day I called within a couple hours a tech named Dave came out to look at it. He returned with a generator the next morning and connected it to lift system and sewage was pumped into drain field. All has been well since.

J.R. Swanson did a nice install. Took a bit longer as supplier sent wrong heater, then the next one had a dent. Third one was a charm. Installers were patient, and stuck with the job until complete on the same day, apologizing for the suppliers issues. No issues with the installers. They were professional and did very good work. I'll be using them again.
