I had set up an appointment to have my brakes checked. I was having the usual symptoms, low pedal, allot of brake dust on the front rims of the car a brake scrub sound.
The staff are very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes of arriving my car was being taken back to be looked at. Within 20 minutes the tech was showing me the worn brake pads and explaining what needed to be done, 5 minutes later I received an estimate. I needed all 4 brakes and 2 rotors replaced. Not a surprise as this car is from the north where they use salt in the winter time. What was a pleasant surprise is when Don told me they could save 2 of the 4 rotors and save me $120! He also told to about the products they would be using, no junk or low end stuff, all quality parts designed to be reliable and last. The job was done in a timely fashion (remember it's brakes so it takes time), and I had the car back the same day. A plus is the parts are warrantied for 2 years of 24,000 mile. The tech also went above and beyond and fixed a couple of minor issues he seen at no additional cost.
I'm very satisfied with JR's . and have found my new mechanic!
